Product Name: Steel Ball Bushing – High Rigidity
Body material: Available in two materials—POM (polyoxymethylene resin) and A5056 (aluminum alloy).
Steel ball material: SUJ2
Sphericity: 0.25 μ
Steel ball hardness: 62~67 HRC
Applications: Can be used in conjunction with ejector plate guide posts, mold frame guide posts, or as standalone guide posts.

Product Features

1. Steel ball bushing—The high-rigidity type contains approximately 1.6 times the number of steel balls as the standard steel ball bushing.
2. The increased number of steel balls results in a larger contact area with the guide posts and bushings during product use, significantly enhancing rigidity.
3. The product is available in two materials: resin and aluminum alloy. Customers can flexibly choose based on their actual usage conditions.
