ZHEJIANG XIAOSHAN GOLDEN TORTOISE MACHINERY CO.,LTD., formerly known as Zhejiang Xiaoshan Precision Press Factory, specializes in the production of GOLDEN TORTOISE brand mechanical presses, precision cold-forming die sets and frames, and various mechanical auxiliary devices. The company has two wholly-owned manufacturing enterprises and two commercial holding companies. Currently, it is a high-tech enterprise, a Level-3 standardized enterprise for safe production, a Zhejiang Province AAA-level contract-abiding and credit-worthy enterprise, a Zhejiang Province Grade-A tax-paying entity, a Zhejiang Province AAA-level credit-rated entity, a Zhejiang Province trustworthy private enterprise, and a Hangzhou City management innovation demonstration enterprise.
The company is equipped with high-precision production facilities, including machining centers, fully automatic sawing machines, high-precision centerless grinders, and gantry milling combination machines. It also possesses a wide range of testing instruments, equipment, and methods to ensure stringent quality control, and employs its own unique process organization for production. The company has taken the lead in drafting three industry standards for desktop presses and has spearheaded the formulation of three national or industry standards for cold stamping die frames. Moreover, it has participated in the development (or revision) of over 30 national and industry standards and holds more than 20 national patents, including one invention patent.
